For Package Bees:
We will be shipping packages this year. We will ship through the post office only at the customers' risk, and we will not be held responsible for any losses. We do not offer insurance on package bees. Your package is a 3# package. We compensate each package with a few more bees because we do know you will lose some in shipping.
Insurance for Queen Bees Only:
Shippers do not insure live product, so we offer insurance for your protection. If you choose not to insure your queens with us, you will be shipping them at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any losses. Insurance is $5.00 per Queen and all queens in your order have to be insured. We will not partially insure orders. Insurance only applies to live arrival and does not cover any complications after delivery. If your queens arrive dead with insurance, we will replace your bees one time only and you will have to pay for any shipping cost. If you have any issues with the queens, you need to call our office as soon as possible or send us an email so we can make a note of the issue.
