We ship UPS or Freight Line.


Note that the shipping charges calculated by the shopping cart may not, in some cases, reflect the accurate shipping cost. It may be that we can combine small items in one box to reduce the cost, or split bulky items into several boxes to also reduce the cost. The accurate shipping cost will be reflected in charges to your credit card. At the time of shipping we will know the accurate cost. At that time you may receive an additional shipping fee charged to your card, or a credit applied to your card.


Some items must be shipped by Freight Line. In that case, an additional shipping fee will be charged to your card, however we will call you with a quote before adding that additional charge, givng you the option to proceed or cancel the order.


RETURNS:
Check all orders immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 business days on any discrepancies or we cannot be responsible for the errors. For errors that occur due to our shipping department, we will assume shipping costs both ways. Errors occurring due to your ordering mistake are your responsibility. Orders returned will incur a 15% restocking fee plus you pay return shipping charges.

CATALOG ERRORS:
Rossman Apiaries and its webmaster will not be responsible for typographical errors, or errors in product information. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, product discontinuations, or price changes by our supplier we will have the right to refuse, cancel or edit any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. In such a case, you would be notified and have the right to cancel or edit the order.
